How to Fix

Step 1: Check for loose connection between Main PCB and cubed mini ice maker sensor.

Step 2: Measure sensor resistance — if 0 ohm (short) or infinity (open), replace sensor.

Step 3: If resistance matches reference table, explain to customer.

Step 4: If all check points are normal, replace the refrigerator main PCB.
